Online RegistrationRegistration for the 2007 conference is now closed since we have exceeded our 500 participants quota. To allow us to plan for the conference, late or walk-in registrations are not allowed. We hope to see you in Michigan in 2008. Payment OptionsPay by US Dollar Check - OACAC's preferred method of payment is by US dollar check drawn on a US bank. Check payments allow us to avoid credit card charges and keep our registration fees low. To pay by US dollar check, begin the online registration process, indicate you will be paying by check, and you will be asked to print your registration form and mail it with your check to Doug Thompson, Administrative Assistant. Pay by Credit Card - For the first time, you can pay for your registration by credit card. OACAC uses a third-party payment system provided by WorldPay and you will be automatically transferred to their site after you've entered your conference details. WorldPay's site provides a secure payment system and accepts Visa or MasterCard. Charges will be billed in US dollars. Pay by US Bank Transfer - If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, contact Doug Thompson, Administrative Assistant, for details. Registration ProcessCurrent or Past Members - After clicking the button below, OACAC members will be asked to login using their membership ID (email address) and password (if you've forgotten yours, click here). After successfully logging in you will be asked to check your pre-filled registration form, add information about your conference plans, and then pay the fees. If your membership has lapsed due to non-payment of dues, your registration form will also be pre-filled with our most recent information, but you be required to pay your 2007 dues during the registration process.
Non-Members - If you have never been an OACAC member, you will have the opportunity to join OACAC for the rest of 2007 at the same time you register by paying a minimal fee of $50. Your membership eligibility will be reviewed by our VP for Membership. In the unlikely event that you are ineligible for membership your fees will be refunded. ConfirmationIf you register and pay online with a credit card you will receive an email shortly after you have completed the registration process confirming your details. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive a confirmation email once your check has arrived. If you pay by check, please understand that there will be some delay before you receive your confirmation, especially if you are sending a check from overseas. Also, please remember that all conference committee members have full-time jobs and are volunteering their time to help organize the conference.
