OACAC´s summer conference is an important professional development opportunity for our international leadership and approximately 400 secondary and postsecondary college admission counseling professionals who attend.  We are deeply appreciative of the many organizations who have supported this conference in the past.

OACAC, unlike most other S/R conferences, does not offer an exhibit hall where vendors and others can display and demonstrate their wares and services.  Instead we offer the opportunity to sponsor a variety of events and items.  Sponsors are listed in the program and may have a display table at the event they are sponsoring.

Events availaable to sponsors include the First-Timers Session, the Opening Reception, and the College Fair.  Meals include Friday Breakfast and Morning Break, Friday Lunch and Afternoon Break, Saturday Breakfast and Morning Break, and Saturday Lunch and Afternoon Break.  Conference items available for sponsorship include the Conference Program, Tote Bags, Name Badges and Lanyards, and Conference T-Shirts.  Previous sponsors are first offered the opportunity to renew their sponsorship before others can bid for them.
